1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ba223 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all its services, games, and features. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on or using this platform.

• In live games, the dealer's decision is final and binding, subject to ba223's oversight.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or any other technological advantage is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the ba223 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's information.
• Misusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Colluding or entering into secret arrangements with other members during games.
• Attempting to hack the game software or gain unauthorised access.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an abusive manner toward any platform staff or other member.
• Assisting a minor in using the platform.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, ba223 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and may take legal action if necessary.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. In that case, the remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be withdrawable, subject to conditions being met. For inactive accounts, ba223 may deduct a fixed monthly administrative fee until the balance reaches zero.

11. Dispute Resolution

• We aim to provide a resolution within 30 days of the date a complaint is submitted.
